Speaking that moves beyond the surface

With nearly 14 years of clinical experience and more than 10,000 hours spent working directly with individuals and couples, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour, relationships, trauma and emotional health to every conversation.

I have sat with people through relational disconnection, trauma recovery, workplace stress, emotional burnout and the often difficult process of rebuilding trust. This experience allows me to speak about complex mental health topics in a way that feels understandable, relevant and deeply human.

Whether I am presenting at a conference, leading a corporate webinar, contributing to a podcast or providing professional education, my goal is the same: to help people understand what is happening beneath the surface and give them practical tools they can use in their lives, relationships and workplaces.

When I speak, I am not simply sharing theory. I am drawing from years of real conversations, clinical experience and a genuine understanding of how people respond when life, relationships and work become overwhelming.

My speaking style is warm, honest and engaging. I combine clinical knowledge with relatable examples and practical strategies so audiences leave feeling understood, informed and better equipped.

Why bring me in?

I offer more than information on a screen. I bring nearly 14 years of clinical experience, more than 10,000 direct client hours and over eight years of experience supervising and mentoring therapists.

As a Master Therapeutic Counsellor and Registered Counselling Supervisor, I understand how to translate complex clinical ideas into language that is clear, relatable and useful.

My work includes trauma, PTSD, couples counselling, attachment, grief, burnout, compassion fatigue, nervous system regulation and workplace mental health. I am equally comfortable speaking with clinical professionals, organizational leaders, frontline workers and general audiences.

Most importantly, I understand that people rarely remember every point from a presentation. They remember the moments when something finally made sense, when they felt seen and when they were given a tool they could take with them.

That is what I aim to create.
